What we collect:
when you request our free sample, we collect your first name, email address and country.
Why:
to send you the free sample and occasional emails about safe migration and our products. We only email you if you tick the consent box.
Who processes it:
your details are stored with Brevo, our email service. We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used only if you accept optional analytics. We do not send your name or email from our forms to Google Analytics. Your email-signup consent is separate from analytics consent.
Optional analytics and cookie preferences:
Analytics is off until you choose “Accept analytics”. Declining, or not making a choice, does not stop you using our free tools or downloading a sample. We do not send analytics requests or cookieless analytics pings before acceptance.
We keep your choice, its date and the consent-policy version in your browser's first-party storage for six months, then ask again. This preference does not contain your name, email or a visitor identifier. If the preference cannot be saved or read, analytics stays off.
If you accept, Google Analytics may use analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising consent. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further tracking, clears accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page. This does not delete historical analytics records or cookies held on other domains.
How long:
we keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your rights:
you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@migration-lens.com.
We never sell your data.
